Wow I’m really pleased!! I’ve been avoiding dry cleaning for years because it is usually so expensive and I’m worried about my clothes being damaged. I thrift a lot, so most things are vintage/designer/just older and need extra care. I usually leave shoes to be repair at Orlando Cleaner’s.They are expensive but they do a good job. I like shoes and have many, and I like preserving my shoes with a sole protection

Super convenient and easy to use—open 24/7, which made it really accessible. While there were no staff on-site, clear signage helped guide me through the steps, and downloading the app made using the service simple. That said, I’m giving 2 stars because the pricing was higher than what was listed online—even after using a first-time coupon. Since there was no one available to ask about the price discrepancy, it left me feeling a bit misled. For an automated system, it works very well. They do have a person at each facility if there is confusion or a problem. They have been helpful and courteous. They have an excellent Taylor at the Lakeside Villages and Winter Garden facilities. The Taylor spends a half day at each location - morning at Lakeside and afternoon at Winter Park Monday through Friday. She is very nice, professional, talented and provides quality prompt service. We have been extremely pleased.
