For an automated system, it works very well. They do have a person at each facility if there is confusion or a problem. They have been helpful and courteous. They have an excellent Taylor at the Lakeside Villages and Winter Garden facilities. The Taylor spends a half day at each location - morning at Lakeside and afternoon at Winter Park Monday through Friday. She is very nice, professional, talented and provides quality prompt service. We have been extremely pleased.

I bought my daughter her Prom Dress recently and I knew I needed Alterations done due to my daughters height the Tails from her Bow were to long but what I didn’t notice was the Black markings on the Tail of the Bow. I showed it to the Lady who does the Alterations and she made a suggestion and the dress looks beautiful once again. My daughter tried the dress on and she had a big smile one her face. Will not return. 5 items, nothing special, no rush for $70. Would be nice if pricing was posted somewhere in advance of dropping off.. One dress shirt was $12 on its own.

They damaged around $800 of cashmere sweaters. After almost 6 months of back & forth with having to re produce receipts they denied my claim saying it was not their fault. The sweaters were each never washed before and other items aren’t in as good of condition as when brought either. Do NOT come here with designer or expensive clothing. Last photo was before photo to keep track of items dropped off.
