This is my first time; I’ve never had such a horrible experience. I never write reviews, but I have to do it this time so others don't fall victim to this terrible service. I paid a steep price—$33.95—just to have two shirts pressed, and the garments ended up in worse condition than when I dropped them off. As far as I'm concerned, they didn't press them at all. Here is the proof. I won't be coming back, and I do not recommend this place.

24/7 automated drop/pickup is super convenient! Better yet, on site staff and alterations when you need it. I only wish they would send "your clothes are ready" notifications via text instead of email. They use text when you drop but not when your items are ready. Small complaint but still 5 stars

Horrible experience. 2 pairs of pants to be altered. Minor alterations at that. Both needing the exact same alteration. One was over $40.00 and the other was over $23.00. Almost $70.00 for the pair. Orlando cleaners does not do there own alterations, or anything else. They send it all out. Total lack of communication. No apology at least. No consideration of any kind. Their whole pricing structure is over the top to begin with. $13.00 to clean a press a pair of pants. On top of all that, it's almost 2 weeks if I wanted them ... read more

The staff at Orlando Cleaners are amazing. The customer service team are highly professional & always helpful; in fact some of the kindest staff I have ever encountered. The alterations individual is also one of the best; in fact her work is impressive. I highly recommend the services.
