The place is modern and practical. However, the quality of service I received was poor. I clearly stated in writing that both dresses had stains on the chest area. To my surprise, when I picked them up, the stains were still there. After spending $135, I expected my clothes to be properly cleaned—but I didn’t even receive an explanation. I do not recommend this business and will definitely be looking elsewhere to have this issue resolved.

Went to have three pairs of pants hemmed. Woman was so sweet and efficient. I was in and out of there in as much time as it took me to change. She told me it would be a week. Two days later I received an email that everything was ready. Then when I went to pick it all up it was automated which was so easy and very cool! The whole experience was great!

The entire process was incredibly easy and stress-free from start to finish. Scheduling was simple, in just 2 days i have my dress ready to pick up, and both the drop-off and pick-up were handled quickly and efficiently. Everything went exactly as promised, which made the experience completely hassle-free. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliability and convenience!

Easy process!!! I enjoy using their services and it's always clean. The only thing is that I received a black garment back and it had quite a bit of lint. Other than that no other issues.

Great new automated system. Very easy to use but there were no employees at the location. Now open 24/7 which is very convenient. The problem is the price! $24.94 to clean one 2 piece suit!! A suit normally costs $12-15, not $25! And of course the new automated system doesn’t give you the prices in advance so when I showed I was stuck paying the nearly $25 to get my suit back. You’re saving the cost of an employee working the counter and yet your costs are over 60% higher??? That was my first and last time using Orlando Clea... read more
