We brought a dress to be altered and received it DAMAGED. The alterations were uneven and rushed. I included images of leftover fabric, the dress seams, and the actual dress. Every single seam was pulled, so I am concerned the dress will get damaged with use. I am very disappointed, since this was dress was not cheap and now it is frayed. It was my first time here. The prices are on a monitor: There is no person at the place to show and discuss anything. I went to drop a dress to be pressed. I admit I was in a hurry to drop the dress because someone was there picking all the drop offs, thinking I would make it. I misunderstood the price to be $12 but was over $20. I would have been ok if they did not add $4 for‘embellishments ’ and on top of that both sleeves were not ironed properly.there are no embellishments on the sleeve. Horrible experience. 2 pairs of pants to be altered. Minor alterations at that. Both needing the exact same alteration. One was over $40.00 and the other was over $23.00. Almost $70.00 for the pair. Orlando cleaners does not do there own alterations, or anything else. They send it all out. Total lack of communication. No apology at least. No consideration of any kind. I had a great experience with Orlando Dryer Cleaner in the Lake Nona area! Their 24-hour drop-off and pick-up system is incredibly convenient and made the whole process super easy to fit into my schedule. The service was fast, efficient, and very professional. My items came back perfectly cleaned, and you can tell they really pay attention to quality. It’s great to have a reliable place like this nearby that you can trust.

The place is modern and practical. However, the quality of service I received was poor. I clearly stated in writing that both dresses had stains on the chest area. To my surprise, when I picked them up, the stains were still there. After spending $135, I expected my clothes to be properly cleaned—but I didn’t even receive an explanation. I do not recommend this business and will definitely be looking elsewhere to have this issue resolved.
