It was my first time here. The prices are on a monitor: There is no person at the place to show and discuss anything. I went to drop a dress to be pressed. I admit I was in a hurry to drop the dress because someone was there picking all the drop offs, thinking I would make it. I misunderstood the price to be $12 but was over $20. I would have been ok if they did not add $4 for‘embellishments ’ and on top of that both sleeves were not ironed properly.there are no embellishments on the sleeve. The place is modern and practical. However, the quality of service I received was poor. I clearly stated in writing that both dresses had stains on the chest area. To my surprise, when I picked them up, the stains were still there. After spending $135, I expected my clothes to be properly cleaned—but I didn’t even receive an explanation. I do not recommend this business and will definitely be looking elsewhere to have this issue resolved.

Visited the store at Lake Nona for an alteration. Their seamstress is a very friendly and attentive lady that also speaks Spanish like me. I went with something in mind and she suggested something even better to alter my sweater. She suggested to try it on for measurements. Waiting time was supposed to be 1 week and it was ready in 2 days! Awesome and beautifully made! We also have used the laundry services and it's extremely convenient that we can pick up/drop 24/7. Recommended 100%!

All 3 items I submitted for dry cleaning had buttons broken when I looked at my clothes the day before I had to attend wedding. With $80 charged for 3 pieces of clothes, this is not what I was expecting ! Worst experience ever

I dropped off three pieces of clothing here and the total came out to about $35. It was one dress shirt, one pair of dress pants, and a T shirt. The price seemed high, but I figured it was Lake Nona so it would at least come with quality service. Instead, everything came back looking like it had just been washed and dried at home and then put straight on a hanger. There was no ironing, no starch, nothing that showed actual dry cleaning care.
