Great new automated system. Very easy to use but there were no employees at the location. Now open 24/7 which is very convenient. The problem is the price! $24.94 to clean one 2 piece suit!! A suit normally costs $12-15, not $25! And of course the new automated system doesn’t give you the prices in advance so when I showed I was stuck paying the nearly $25 to get my suit back. Our experience were great. While this was second visit to this type of cleaners.This location is actually closer to my home it’s in a prime location. I had a lot of items to be cleaned and was extremely pleased on the cleaning of those items (nice fresh clothes). This space was clean, well light, easy to navigate the kiosk and reasonable price and I got the items back in a timely manner and to have the option to pick my pick-up time was the cherry on top. This has been a great idea as far as the 24hr business is concerned. I Love the concept. I actually appreciate the fact that a staff member came out on the weekend to help me retrieve my phone after accidentally dropping it in the clothing bag drop. The service here is great. Thank you for your service.

I go here often for dry cleaning. This occasion I needed tailoring. The lady was nice but spoke very little English. Never mentioned pricing so I thought it’d be reasonable under ($30)…. Absolutely not. I was charged $117 for two items of be tailored with no dry clean or press…. I was in disbelief when I received the notification of the amount. It was cheaply tailored with threads still hanging loose.

Pros: Open 24/7, quick service depending on which day you drop off, and good location. Cons: No upfront pricing, pricing is steep, I had a coupon in the app but the automated system wouldn’t accept it. Because it’s entirely automated, there’s nobody to chat with for help either. Overall, if they provide upfront pricing, lower the rates, had a way to speak with someone, it would be a 5/5.
