Convenient 24 hour facility. Clean and well lit. No need to interact with anyone. Set up was fast and easy. I was notified via text when my items were ready, only took 2-3 days. I showed up on a Sunday evening, paid using the touchpad and my clothes came right out. My items looked good and smelled fresh. I definitely recommend.

At first we were leery about this hi tech operation, but decided to try it. It’s easy and the clothes were well serviced. Only concerns were not having a receipt describing what we put in the bag, no price list, and not including an itemized invoice in the texted notice when clothes are ready. Pretty convenient! Helpful signage.

I had two pairs of pants hemmed, and not only was it reasonably priced, but it was AMAZING to simply walk in and out and not need any human touch. The systems in place work wonderfully, and I love how it is all automated. The pants look and feel great!

Very modern concept. I took a dress to have it hemmed. The seamstress was nice. The dress was ready one day before the estimate. I did get charged almost $27. I don’t know if that’s standard nowadays since I haven’t had clothes tailored in a while.

I got alterations done for my uniform and The seamstress. However, the price is ridiculous so I won’t be back. I’ve never spent over 100 dollars to get dressed hemmed an inch
