The prices were too high and were a surprise. The pricing should be readily available in the store, it is not. It was only 7 shirts, how much could it be. So far I have only received 4 shirts and have paid over $39.00 What I received was not anywhere near what I expected (see picture). Plus I had to make 3 trips to get my entire order. Service is convenient and the quality was good. But there’s no transparency in pricing. Nowhere did I see rates or even estimates before dropping off my clothes. I had to submit blindly, only to be surprised with a $35 charge for just a couple of garments. I won’t be returning unless prices are clearly displayed upfront.

Didn’t follow instructions for press only. Charged $63 for 2 dresses and 2 sweaters. Shocking. Didn’t have tote bag ready. Had to go back. Hope not lost. Digital system was great. Easy instructions and pickup. Friendly and helpful customer service. Bags were kinda grungy. You have to watch entire video for price list. I thought less humans should mean lower prices?

took the jacket in because it had a makeup stain. Their machine process doesn’t specify whether stain removal is included or how much it costs. Well, I got my jacket back with the stains still there. I called expecting a pickup solution, but instead, they want me to drive 30 minutes round trip due to their lack of clarity in the process? That’s unacceptable

I’m unsure how less than 10 items of clothing (out of which we had 3 ties) comes up to $185 The process is now automated and although you can dial in for assistance, nobody answers - and there is no attendant present. We had to go 3 times because the first 2 times we were unable to complete the process, the screen was stuck on an error message (see picture attached) Highly annoying, inefficient and ridiculously expensive.
