The prices were too high and were a surprise. The pricing should be readily available in the store, it is not. It was only 7 shirts, how much could it be. So far I have only received 4 shirts and have paid over $39.00 What I received was not anywhere near what I expected (see picture). Plus I had to make 3 trips to get my entire order. Love that this place is 24/7 and I can drop off or pickup anytime with the automated computer system! It was easy to navigate. Happy that I could track my order on the app, too.

So far, after taking my shirts to Orlando Cleaners for about a year, the experience has been outstanding. Fair pricing. The drop off and pickup processes are hassle free and seamless. The shirts come out perfectly clean, ironed, hanged and protected with the plastic cover. Even some heavily stained ones have been returned to an almost out of the box state. The app and the texting features could improve, however they cover the basics so I’m overall very happy with the service provided and keep coming back.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I dropped off my dress for pressing only and even paid extra to have it completed early. However, when I picked it up and brought it home, I realized the job was not done properly at all. The dress looked just as wrinkled as it did before I dropped it off — if not worse. I had a really smooth experience with Orlando 24/7 Cleaners. They have a super convenient self-service kiosk, which made dropping off and picking up a breeze. Everything was automated, but still felt personal thanks to clear instructions and quick service. My clothes came back perfectly cleaned and on time—definitely a go-to for 24/7 convenience!
