Although I have had an overall good experience using Orlando cleaners, I must say I am very disappointed in how they fail to take accountability for completely damaging an article of clothing that paid to have cleaned. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls only to be ignored. Dropped off a brand new pair of purple jeans valued at $295 only to get it back with a melted belt tag and burn marks all over the legs of the jeans.

Cleaning was good, but the only bad thing is you don’t know how much your pieces are going to cost. A short pleated dress was super expensive. I have gotten this dress dry cleaned at other places and never paid nearly as much as I did here. For 2 suit jackets and a pleated dress, I paid $75. That is too much!

The convenience of being able to drop off my dry cleaning anytime I am able to, and to pick up my items anytime after the given finish time....that is awesome. The price may be higher than others, but it is well worth what is paid. I will be using this service again.

Apparently I left a couple of garments hanging in the retrieval locker. While the person working there did call me, they were extremely frantic and made it seem like if I didn't rush back there that instant my clothes would be lost forever. When I returned, the clothes were just hanging up for anyone to take even though they have lockers that they could have put the clothes in to keep them safe. An absolute rip off! Do not bring your items here! $20 to dry clean a size extra small teenage cocktail dress. There is no price indication at drop off, and nobody there to speak to and ask why. The dress wasn’t even that dirty I just wanted it refreshed. Of course I called the phone number, but nobody answered. Absolutely never bringing an item here again.
