I can appreciate the efficiency of an automated drop off/pick up service, but it’s not for me. No one to show where the spots are, talk about options, etc. Unless you let the above your head video monitor cycle through all the promo screens you won’t find a price list. I never saw one when I first came in and glanced up. Because of the Friday July 4 holiday it showed my pick up a full 5 days later. Scam. Fully automated system open 24/7 convenient BUT they did not give a quote when dropping off clothes and then charged $145 at pick up for 2 small dresses and 2 jackets. AND my dress came back with a new stain on it. Insane. Definitely a rip off.
Convenience and quality were great! It’s unique, no personal contact, just dealing with a kiosk. It was a little more expensive than where I was going before.
Great clean at fair price. Love the automation and quick turnaround on garments with 24/7 pickup and dropoff. Great convenience. Will go back again.
The software is use friendly, great phone customer service, I like the fact that it is accessible 24/7.
