Very impressed by the Isleworth location of Orlando Cleaners. This past Friday I went to this location to pick up my dry cleaning. The monitor said that it wasn't ready yet although it should have been ready a few days earlier. I pushed the Help button on the monitor and spoke with Patricia. She informed me that my order was inadvertently delivered to another location. I explained that I had a wedding the next day and needed my dress shirts. Ease of doing business! With the automation I can drop off and pick up my clothes at anytime which is convenient for me with my travel schedule. It’s great they give you coupons some times to help offset the costs.

I can appreciate the efficiency of an automated drop off/pick up service, but it’s not for me. No one to show where the spots are, talk about options, etc. Unless you let the above your head video monitor cycle through all the promo screens you won’t find a price list. I never saw one when I first came in and glanced up. Because of the Friday July 4 holiday it showed my pick up a full 5 days later. The facility is very clean, easy to use instruction, and it's opened 24 hours! Love the quality of the cleaning and the item nicely pressed .
