Want an effortless & efficient & excellent dry cleaner? This is the place! The store is void of humans & is all automated. Had a jacket that had spots on the back and they were GONE! Beautifully cleaned and the shop is clean. Highly recommend!

I have not used a dry cleaner facility for years. I was totally surprised at the technology of this dry cleaners. Everything is automated. Efficient, quick, clean and amazing. Yes I had an issue… my last name and phone number had changed and I could not figure out how to change my information. Picked up the phone and asked for help. Was connected to a human and she changed my information, sent me a verification of changes to my phone with a code. I appreciate their use of technology to be able to provide 24/7 dry cleaning service. They were able to get my item to me same day with a 40% upcharge but others couldn't regardless. However, only 3 stars because the alteration I had done for the bottom hems were undone on the pants completely after this dry cleaning and I didn't realize it until it was time to get dressed for the wedding I was attending. This place does not do good work. Explain to me how I’m going to bring a simple shirt to the dry cleaners and it’s returned to me as if it wasn’t even pressed. This is terrible work and on top of that they charged me $30 for two pieces, a long sleeve blazer and a short sleeve button down shirt which is ridiculous. I’m very upset since I could’ve done this at home with better outcomes and not wasted time or money coming here.

I have to say I find this overall experience to be quite beneficial. I can drop things off at any time of the day or evening and I can pick them up in the same manner. I find the whole experience to be very worthwhile as it allows me to schedule drop off and pick up around everything else that I have going on throughout my day. I have found the quality of the cleaning to be quite good as well.
