Helped by Avis and Teresa. My husband and I brought 8 pairs of pants to be altered. They were professional and welcoming. Took our measurements and we received a text notification after 2 hours to pick up the pants. Great service and warm/ friendly.

Very convenient and fast. However, One of the garment the tag was removed ( it was a gift to someone). Did not request for it to be removed. I took it to the cleaners to get clean due to a stain was on the dress. Also, the prices are very high. I had a dress, a blazer and pants. It cost me $65. I will not be using them again

I've been coming here for years and the customer service has always been amazing. I do appreciate the convenience of being able to get my clothes 24/7, but I miss the face-to-face smiles I used to get with the counter service. The seamstress did an incredible job and was able to fix my dress which had a hole - you couldn't even tell once she was done.

Decent quality work and very convenient 24/7 access, but the pricing is not disclosed anywhere that we could find online, at the location, or after the order was released to them. We were shocked to find out that our 27 items, including only a few sweaters, tshirts, dress shirts, dress pants, and 2 womens tops, ended up being over $10 per item. I had NO IDEA dropping off dry cleaning could actually be FUN. The touchscreen is very user intuitive and the fact that you can either pick it up or have it delivered for a bit more makes it stupid easy. The dry cleaning was very high quality as well, they didn't do the typical excessive starch and turnaround time was quick. Will definitely be using Orlando Cleaners again soon.
