I just enrolled in Orlando Cleaners’ laundry service, and my first experience has been fantastic! Dropping off my first bag was a breeze. I had a few questions about using the kiosk, and I was greeted right away by a knowledgeable and friendly staff member who answered everything clearly and made me feel confident about the process. On Saturday September 21st I dropped off a Suede skirt for dry clean at 1:49 pm ( wrote a note about the fabric). As it was my first time using their service I called on the screen for assistance and I let them know the material of the skirt and I was told that they are used to handling the fabric. It was supposed to be ready for pick up on Tuesday the 24th. Orlando Cleaners was easy to use! Love having the self- service and clothes were ready when they said it would be. Only gave it 4 stars because I wish they would have a list of their prices of how much each piece would cost. I thought the price would show at the end when you’re punching in your info but it doesn’t. Other than that, I would recommend!

This dry cleaner used to be much better before they fully automated their services. Now, shirts come back with mediocre pressing , full of wrinkles and noticeable oil spots. Unfortunately, I'll be looking for another provider.
