Absolutely the best customer service I've ever experienced. Kim, Joyce and Joe absolutely killed it!!!!! I dropped off some items to be dry cleaned and on the day they were supposed to be ready, one dress wasn't ready for pickup. This was at 7pm on a Friday. I called and they said the dress didn't get cleaned so it wasn't dropped off. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal, but it was the dress my partner was planning to wear the next day. I just enrolled in Orlando Cleaners’ laundry service, and my first experience has been fantastic! Dropping off my first bag was a breeze. I had a few questions about using the kiosk, and I was greeted right away by a knowledgeable and friendly staff member who answered everything clearly and made me feel confident about the process. DO NOT come here! I absolutely regret it and now I lost my precious, quality, and authentic jacket that can never be bought again. They are amateur, irresponsible, incompetent service, and will avoid compensating for their mistake at all cost. They never gave a status on my stuff after due date for weeks, when I finally called to check, they took another week to figure out, and they realized they THREW IT AWAY! On Saturday September 21st I dropped off a Suede skirt for dry clean at 1:49 pm ( wrote a note about the fabric). As it was my first time using their service I called on the screen for assistance and I let them know the material of the skirt and I was told that they are used to handling the fabric. This dry cleaner used to be much better before they fully automated their services. Now, shirts come back with mediocre pressing , full of wrinkles and noticeable oil spots. Unfortunately, I'll be looking for another provider.
