Edit: still no response weeks later after contacting them. These people clearly don't care. Avoid. Willing to modify review rating pending response from management. Shirts were hung with collars folded up. Caused permanent creasing. Collars will not lay flat when wearing making them unwearable. Very expensive for this kind of sloppiness.

On Saturday September 21st I dropped off a Suede skirt for dry clean at 1:49 pm ( wrote a note about the fabric). As it was my first time using their service I called on the screen for assistance and I let them know the material of the skirt and I was told that they are used to handling the fabric. It was supposed to be ready for pick up on Tuesday the 24th. It was my first time using Orlando Cleaners' service and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed & satisfied with the ease of the entire experience. The self service portal was very easy to navigate. And the best part is the ability to drop off/ pickup items 24/7. I will definitely use for all my future needs.

This dry cleaner used to be much better before they fully automated their services. Now, shirts come back with mediocre pressing , full of wrinkles and noticeable oil spots. Unfortunately, I'll be looking for another provider.
