On Saturday September 21st I dropped off a Suede skirt for dry clean at 1:49 pm ( wrote a note about the fabric). As it was my first time using their service I called on the screen for assistance and I let them know the material of the skirt and I was told that they are used to handling the fabric. It was supposed to be ready for pick up on Tuesday the 24th. This dry cleaner used to be much better before they fully automated their services. Now, shirts come back with mediocre pressing , full of wrinkles and noticeable oil spots. Unfortunately, I'll be looking for another provider.
Orlando Cleaners was easy to use! Love having the self- service and clothes were ready when they said it would be. Only gave it 4 stars because I wish they would have a list of their prices of how much each piece would cost. I thought the price would show at the end when you’re punching in your info but it doesn’t. Other than that, I would recommend!
This was a great experience, I was able to drop off my cloths and pick them up when I was free and did not have to worry about store hours. The instructions were easy to follow and the app was helpful but not required. I will defiantly be using these services again!
This dry cleaner was better before it became automated. The last few years the quality has decreased. Also, the capability to remove stains has not been the same. I’ve sent a couple dresses in to get cleaned. They were completed and had a note saying everything had been removed. When I got the garments home there was still a stain. I’ve been disappointed the last few times I’ve used this cleaner. Currently, looking for a new one.
