Edit: still no response weeks later after contacting them. These people clearly don't care. Avoid. Willing to modify review rating pending response from management. Shirts were hung with collars folded up. Caused permanent creasing. Collars will not lay flat when wearing making them unwearable. Very expensive for this kind of sloppiness.

It was my first time using Orlando Cleaners' service and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed & satisfied with the ease of the entire experience. The self service portal was very easy to navigate. And the best part is the ability to drop off/ pickup items 24/7. I will definitely use for all my future needs.

On Saturday September 21st I dropped off a Suede skirt for dry clean at 1:49 pm ( wrote a note about the fabric). As it was my first time using their service I called on the screen for assistance and I let them know the material of the skirt and I was told that they are used to handling the fabric.
