Excellent service! I switched from Acme Cleaners for business pickup and delivery twice weekly after damage to my shirts by their facility. Orlando Cleaners’ staff repaired the damage, and took care of a big first order- with delivery back the same week of my first drop off. Excellent. Highly recommend.

I love Orlando Cleaners. I am on their delivery route and they are very consistent on the days they are to pick up. Two times a week really keeps my dry cleaning needs met!! Even in difficult circumstances, they have a great method of keeping me informed if there is any changes in the schedule.

We've been using the services from Orlando Cleaners from about 5 years. We couldn't be happier. To top it off their pick up/delivery service is very reliable and convenient. We highly recommend them!

Not happy. First time using this (drop off) service and this was my experience. There are no fees posted on website, no fees posted at drop-off location...regardless I took a chance. I figured it would be expensive but NO WAY DID I ANTICIPATE BEING CHARGED OVER $13 PER SHIRT. This is ridiculous. In addition, after dropping off at no time did my order appear in the app as "in progress". I was told the order would be available on Tue/Wed but on Monday the items showed as "already picked up" status on the app (which I did not s... read more
