EDIT: Try out Orchid Cleaners on Mills Avenue instead!!! They cleaned my wedding dress (very affordable pricing as well) which had the same type of boning/corset in it and there were no faults when returned. ——— I do not recommend this place. This dry cleaner is located by my condo in Downtown Orlando. I came to it out of convenience but I should have read the reviews. Never had issues with them before but clearly sent a message that we needed our suits done by Thursday (dropped off Monday) and everything was completed except my suit jacket. The jacket and my suit pants are the same material, so it’s not like it was a funky jacket that needed extra attention. Went to pick it up after I called and said it’s fine I just need our clothing back and they gave me everything but the suit jacket. The idea of 24/7 dry cleaning is nice, but it was actually kind of inconvenient. This is my “boomer” rant, but when I asked the attendant to drop off my clothes, she told me I had to download the app to get a locker and pick up during unmanned hours, but when I tried that it said I already had an account (I didn’t) and needed to reset my password, which then took so long to actually send the email that the request timed out when I tried to reset it. Use Orlando day cleaners at lake eola. They do a nice job and like the ability to dip off and pick up 24/7. Had a recent issue with a dress. Wasn’t thrilled with the lack of timely notification about the issue. But once contacted they made everything right. Stuff goes wrong but when you work to fix it, I’ll stay with you!!
