This is a wonderful service!! I absolutely love that. It is a 24 hour business. I Work a regular scheduled job and the convenience of being able to drop off and pick up during non-work hours is amazing. This is my first time using the service, and so far I have only had three suits dry cleaned. I took off one star because my husband‘s suit jacket was afraid around the edge. I miss the days of actual customer service. The drop off was intuitive and convenient, wait time was great, and store hours are 24/7 if you work long hours or are super introverted. (+1) The business was quick to give me, a new customer, a coupon, but there is no way to redeem the coupon! The “help” was not available as advertised, there was no button to press. Very convenient and organized for minor tailoring alterations. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the level of work that was done on my hem for my jeans. I will be sure to come back again.I'm very happy with the way you run this wonderful drop off and pick up business.

Excellent experience!!! As a DAD of 4 and Business owner sometimes it can be dawnting when you review the to do list and see LAUNDRY on vacation! 😭😭. Thank you Orlando Cleaners! THE ONLY thing i would have liked is to know that I coulkd have picked up the clothes at any time. I thought I had to wait till the day after, let your call handlers know to let the clients know they can come by anytime even if its after 6Pm. NOWWWW I get thats its really a 24/7 shop. Either way.... 5 STARS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Outstanding service. Fast and excellent quality. They dry cleaned three duvets for us. We were very happy with Orlando Cleaners. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
