Great experience! The process of dropping off and picking up was perfect! No complications and very convenient with 24/7 access. The reason for 4-stars is the price! If I had to have dry cleaning done on a regular basis I’m not sure that I would use Orlando Cleaners. Two basic black suits, no embellishments or stains cost $49. A bit tight but overall, I will use them again for the “not too often” cleanings.

I live in the resorts of Kissimmee. My son's ROTC uniform has to be dry cleaned. This is the only dry cleaners for miles. I was a Lil skeptical but easy drop off and pick up. It took about 3-4 days to pick up. But uniform looked great. A Lil more on the pricey side though. But beats going 40 minutes down 27th.

My old dry cleaner never got stains out of my husband’s suit jacket and it was frustrating. So I looked for a new cleaner and saw the high reviews here. While the price does seem a little higher I would rather pay a little more and get a great job than less and wonder if it was even cleaned. I could not believe how clean the suit looked. It looked brand new. Needless to say I have found my new dry cleaner. So happy and relieved. Hopefully they will stay this great! 🤩

The lobby is clean and welcoming. The process was easy to understand and follow. I received a text about both of my items. But then it was a guess to figure out when they were ready. I stopped in a few times and then- they were ready. It was my first time. So do they usually send a text when they are ready for pickup? I’m not sure. But I will definitely use them again.

Very easy to use system. My partner was able to pick up the order at the kiosk no issue. Payment is made by linking a card to the app. All very user friendly. Only draw back there isn't always someone at the location to answer questions. Question are answered through the kiosk it makes a call to an off site individual who helps you. Other then that service was great turn around was quick and the price was reasonable.
