I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to do so in this case to help others avoid a similar experience. Last week, I dropped off a suit pant to have the hem adjusted and left another pant as a reference. I specifically requested “the same hem as the sample pant.” I assumed this meant an exact copy—both in length and in hem style. I recently had a blazer dry cleaned. I hadn't been in there for awhile so seeing the set up that is 100% automated was a bit off-putting but I went head and left my blazer. It came back clean but I was shocked at the cost. If there is no human contact you would think the pricing would be competitive but clearly you are paying for all of that automation. Being open 24/7 doesn't matter. I want a drycleaner who is human!

My old dry cleaner never got stains out of my husband’s suit jacket and it was frustrating. So I looked for a new cleaner and saw the high reviews here. While the price does seem a little higher I would rather pay a little more and get a great job than less and wonder if it was even cleaned. I could not believe how clean the suit looked. It looked brand new. Needless to say I have found my new dry cleaner. So happy and relieved. Hopefully they will stay this great! 🤩

Very easy to use system. My partner was able to pick up the order at the kiosk no issue. Payment is made by linking a card to the app. All very user friendly. Only draw back there isn't always someone at the location to answer questions. Question are answered through the kiosk it makes a call to an off site individual who helps you. Other then that service was great turn around was quick and the price was reasonable.

Great experience! The process of dropping off and picking up was perfect! No complications and very convenient with 24/7 access. The reason for 4-stars is the price! If I had to have dry cleaning done on a regular basis I’m not sure that I would use Orlando Cleaners. Two basic black suits, no embellishments or stains cost $49. A bit tight but overall, I will use them again for the “not too often” cleanings.
