Excellent service at a fair price. Convenient, quick turnaround and quality cleaning. Very friendly and professional staff, from the delivery professionals to customer service to the tailors and the cleaners themselves. They always clean my sweaters and do a fantastic job. The young lady that helps me every time I go in is always kind and courteous (love her).
I have always had great luck with your work. I have been a customer for seven years now. About a year ago we had an issue with one shirt that the ink ran. They attempted to fix but we all agreed it was not perfect. Although the shirt was over $1000 retail (Valentino), they took care of it immediately. Not only did they reimburse me they helped find the identical shirt on sale. I actually was grateful for everything. Highly recommended!!
