I have decided to not use Orlando Cleaners again .. [1] after several years of quality service from Acme Cleaners, Acme was bought by Orlando Cleaners. I had to work several times with Orlando to get our account re-established. Multiple emails, multiple calls. I brought a Kangol hat in on 11/29/25 for sweat stain removal. After more than a month with no communication, I had to call to ask about it. It was then returned with stains still present and new damage including a misshaped brim and crushed crown. Throughout the entire process, the business never contacted me proactively. I made repeated follow-up calls on 12/31, 1/3, 1/15, 1/23, 1/24, 1/26, 2/5, and 2/20. I had averíale forgotten to put my blue dry cleaning bag out, but the lovely man doing the collections knocked at the door. I was able to dash to the closet and grab the things I needed. Two days later, my items were back crisp and clean. Love this service.

Went in there Monday and took a muscle suit. I ordered off-line for a Halloween costume. The suit was too small and I came up with an idea to add elastic in the waist so it would fit me better.. Took the elastic and the bodysuit up there and the seamstress was very wonderful. I knew just enough Spanish to communicate what I wanted with her and she did an excellent job!!
