Went in there Monday and took a muscle suit. I ordered off-line for a Halloween costume. The suit was too small and I came up with an idea to add elastic in the waist so it would fit me better.. Took the elastic and the bodysuit up there and the seamstress was very wonderful. I knew just enough Spanish to communicate what I wanted with her and she did an excellent job!! Satisfactory: --SAT - Great customer service. Lady at the desk was kind and competent. She was very helpful. --SAT - Great job cleaning my suits. --SAT - Great turn around time to pick my suits up and they did a great job notifying me through text, my suits are ready for pickup --SAT - Price. 50% off on dry cleaning for suits. I have always had great luck with your work. I have been a customer for seven years now. About a year ago we had an issue with one shirt that the ink ran. They attempted to fix but we all agreed it was not perfect. Although the shirt was over $1000 retail (Valentino), they took care of it immediately. Not only did they reimburse me they helped find the identical shirt on sale. I actually was grateful for everything. Highly recommended!!
We live not too far from Orlando Cleaners, and I must say this is a top-notch cleaner; clean, organized, reliable, professional, door to door service if needed, and so much more. If you are looking for a cleaner that takes good care of their clients, this is the place to be. Highly recommend.
Orlando Cleaners picks up and delivers for residents at The Sanctuary. I had a long sleeve (ladie’s) cotton shirt laundered. That’s all! I was charged $17.55 😳 I called Orlando Cleaners because I believed there had been a mistake. According to them, there is no mistake. They charge extra for ladies’ shirts (approximately $12 v $6 for men’s shirts) PLUS $5 for pickup and delivery.
