I have decided to not use Orlando Cleaners again .. [1] after several years of quality service from Acme Cleaners, Acme was bought by Orlando Cleaners. I had to work several times with Orlando to get our account re-established. Multiple emails, multiple calls. Not a good practice, most people wouldn’t have do as much work [2] Then I sent in 2 quilts as part of their BOGO sale and didn’t get the BOGO price. I brought a Kangol hat in on 11/29/25 for sweat stain removal. After more than a month with no communication, I had to call to ask about it. It was then returned with stains still present and new damage including a misshaped brim and crushed crown. Throughout the entire process, the business never contacted me proactively. I made repeated follow-up calls on 12/31, 1/3, 1/15, 1/23, 1/24, 1/26, 2/5, and 2/20. Went in there Monday and took a muscle suit. I ordered off-line for a Halloween costume. The suit was too small and I came up with an idea to add elastic in the waist so it would fit me better.. Took the elastic and the bodysuit up there and the seamstress was very wonderful. I knew just enough Spanish to communicate what I wanted with her and she did an excellent job!! I was looking for a good dry cleaner that would pick up and deliver. They are not only a great dry cleaner but so convenient and easy to use. They text you twice a week to say they will pick up the next day if we need it, and you just respond "Y" and they pick it up. They usually deliver the next pickup day. Just put it on your porch in the bag they provide. Truly awesome experience and one that I highly recommend.

Excellent service at a fair price. Convenient, quick turnaround and quality cleaning. Very friendly and professional staff, from the delivery professionals to customer service to the tailors and the cleaners themselves.
