I will need to spend extra money on clothes I don't need because they have not been open during posted hours in their last weeks of business.
April 2024. Does anyone know how to get your clothing back from this store? They have not been open or answering the phone.
I called in a day prior inquiring about the best time to see the tailor. I was told between 8am and 2pm. I arrived the next day on my lunch break and was told that shortening and tapering a blazer was beyond their abilities. I was also told There was no tailor They ship out the clothes that are to be altered.
Brought my clothes there on Monday for one hour dry cleaning, they said the earliest they could do was Wednesday for an express which I paid extra for but they were closed on Wednesday so I had to pick them up on Thursday, the same time I would’ve picked them up if I didn’t pay for express
They were able to press my items same day, which I was delighted about!
