Broke a button the first time I dropped a cardigan off. Stained a pink shirt with blue ink, blamed my clothes touching each other. Their new bags have blue print on them, suspiciously the stain is the same color. Picked up the order, another sweater has two new buttons sewn on to replace what must have broken in their press. Found it while getting dressed in the morning. They are super sweet but I can’t have damage occurring and me getting blamed for it when it’s in their care.
It says same day if you get in by 9 AM but they never offer this when I drop off. The shortest they’ll ever offer is 2-3 days and they usually try for 4-5 days. This is false advertising. You should take the sticker off your door. I won’t be going back here.
Incredible service. Brought my wedding dress here with red dirt stains from red rocks and they got all of it out! I couldn’t believe it. I also bring all my clothes and duvets here. outstanding results, every time.
Wonderful customer service! Your clothes always look perfectly pressed!! They are always helpful when you need a piece of clothing done in a rush. They will always have our business!!
Omg, great service and fast. Dropped of my suit jacket at 4 pm picked it up at noon the next day. Quickest turn around in the area, great quality work, and wonderful customer service. They will have all of my business forever or at least til I move.
