The owner was very uninterested in my concerns over list clothes. Unprofessional unkind unable to resolve an issue. I’d never recommend or use them

A pair of linen trousers was pressed like jeans Ignoring the crease. It also cost over $10 to dry clean. I returned it and it was done at no charge. I’ve been a customer for 20 years and their prices have gone out of sight.
