Cleaning was 10/10. Service was 5/10. I attempted multiple times for pick up and drop off service. 50% of the time the driver wouldn’t even drop off a new bag for me. 50% that they did drop one off it was a random used one. I repeatedly asked to be assigned a bag and management told me multiple times my file was updated with the request and never once did I receive any of the assigned bags back after my clothes returned.
