I took a comforter set to the cleaners to get it cleaned on the 21st of June! When I got it back on the 24th and got home and unpacked it I was missing a pillow sham! So I called and spoke with Ms Penny! She said they would make it right for me. It's July 4th weekend in there defense! So when I get back I will find out what they are willing to do for me! For after all the comforter set is no good with one pillow sham! Hopefully they will make it right. Thank you in advance Michael Hinson.

On the 21st of June I dropped off a comforter set 2 pillow cases 3 decorative pillows and the comforter i wanted them back on the 24th of June they called me and said they would not be able to do the 3 little pillows so I said just do the comforter and the pillow cases. So I went the 24th and picked up my stuff and got home and there was only one pillow case! So pretty much the comforter set is not a set anymore. Brought in a part of my $500, custom hand-made Moroccon wedding dress for dry cleaning/small stain removal. Stain was removed and item was cleaned, but the employee who bagged the item in the plastic cover put a staple right through the garment. I have never been so upset over an experience with this dry cleaning service, but I guarantee you after that I will be using some place else that pays closer attention to the handling of my garments. Beyond disappointing.

I did not look at the receipt when dropping off. I had three mens dress shirts, a suit jacket and three women's shirts. It was $70.00. That is entirely too expensive.
