I had a wedding dress and 2 suits cleaned. My wedding dress came back with a large black stain on the strap that was not there when I dropped it off. I contacted them and they offered to re-clean it for free. When I got it back the second time, the strap that got cleaned was some how glued to the hanger. It was literally stuck. When I peeled it off, the red hanger left pink marks on the top and inside of the strap. It was also returned the second time in the same dirty bag as the first time. I would not recommend.
Free pickup and drop-off services are wonderful! Cleaning is pretty darn good, but not perfect. A few little hairs here and there still left behind on clothes, but it's minor. They keep cleaning it until they get it right if you ask them to. Speed is excellent. Prices are decent. No idea how their machines work at their brick and mortar stores. Would be nicer for out-of-town people if the stores were staffed, I think. Overall, great service!
Very rude and unprofessional, when you finally get to speak with someone. No wonder why they have the kiosk with the way the person behind the counter treated me they try to avoid the customers as much as possible and then become very defensive when you try to figure out where your items are. If you have anything valuable DO NOT TAKE IT to NU YALE in Jasper Indiana. First time experience and will be my last. They really need to be held accountable for their mistakes and rude employees
I was told my Note Dame stadium coat would $25 to dry clean and $7 to fix the pocket. Total bill? $65... $9 extra just to clean the hood? It's all marked or stained front and back. Looks terrible, and it took over 10 days to get it done. I will never use this service again.
