The process at Nu Yale is now self service. This was our first time using them and the gentleman that was there walked me through the whole process of signing in and getting my clothes in the right place. Very easy process and Im sure next time Ill be able to do it without any assistance. Their service was quick and affordable. My garment was ready in 2 days and they did an amazing job on my son's ROTC uniform. Will definitely be using them again.

There was an attendant there to assist me. I greatly appreciated it since this was my first time. I brought in a Christmas tree skirt that was handmade for me by my Mother overv20 years ago. I wasn’t sure if it could be cleaned or would survive. It came out beautifully.

Very friendly courteous service. It was 8 minutes to closing and I was running late, I called the Nu-Yale Cleaners in LaGrange, Ky and the gentleman waited until my husband arrived to pick up our cleaning. He went above and beyond and I was extremely grateful. Highly recommend.

I couldn't have asked for better, prompt and welcoming service. A gentleman, Chris, informed me of services that best served my needs. I received a heads up message via text my clothes had returned in time for a very important meeting, I was quick to retrieve them and couldn't have been more pleased! Thank you

I had an item that needed repair, snaps that been pulled off. I wasn't sure it could be repaired, but much to my surprise, it was fixed and the item looks like new. I am very impressed with their repair service. And I have always loved their cleaning service.
