The process at Nu Yale is now self service. This was our first time using them and the gentleman that was there walked me through the whole process of signing in and getting my clothes in the right place. Very easy process and Im sure next time Ill be able to do it without any assistance. Their service was quick and affordable. My garment was ready in 2 days and they did an amazing job on my son's ROTC uniform. Will definitely be using them again.

There was an attendant there to assist me. I greatly appreciated it since this was my first time. I brought in a Christmas tree skirt that was handmade for me by my Mother overv20 years ago. I wasn’t sure if it could be cleaned or would survive. It came out beautifully.

Very friendly courteous service. It was 8 minutes to closing and I was running late, I called the Nu-Yale Cleaners in LaGrange, Ky and the gentleman waited until my husband arrived to pick up our cleaning. He went above and beyond and I was extremely grateful. Highly recommend.

I chose this cleaners because it was convenient. I had a pair of shorts that the zipper needed repair/ replaced. They did an excellent job 👏. And my shorts look brand new from their professional cleaning. The cashier was very nice, polite and kind. She was also very professional 👏 💯💐. This was my first time, but it definitely won't be my last.
