I recently dropped off 13 items for dry cleaning, mostly basic office wear like dress pants and blouses. None of the pieces were heavily soiled, and the fabrics were standard materials—not specialty items like silk or cashmere. When I dropped off my clothes, I was not given any pricing information. Employee always nice but I have issues trying to take advantage of their specials. Emailed them about it but no reply. My last order, 1 shirt wasn't ready as I was told but the reason was they were prespotting it. If so, I do appreciate it.

I was very pleased with the quick service, and the price was a very, pleasant surprise. They also barely charged to fix the zipper on my coat. I don’t normally leave reviews, but Nu-Yale definitely deserved a good one.

I highly recommend! I took my king & queen comforters in , unfortunately my cat had urinated on them , when I got them back they were like knew again . I like the storage bag they were returned in . Thank you all for a wonderful job !

Friendly and fast service. If you do not have any specific requirements or particularly sensitive garments, this is the place for you... my experience has unfortunately been poor. Specifically I have Italian wool pullovers that I asked to be folded, since hanging will cause them to stretch. However they were hung over a sticky hanger which causes the wool to pill and damage the garment. The manager was very apologetic and offered a credit to try them again, which I did.
