Friendly and fast service. If you do not have any specific requirements or particularly sensitive garments, this is the place for you... my experience has unfortunately been poor. Specifically I have Italian wool pullovers that I asked to be folded, since hanging will cause them to stretch. However they were hung over a sticky hanger which causes the wool to pill and damage the garment. The manager was very apologetic and offered a credit to try them again, which I did. Do not go to Nuyale Cleaners for shoe repair. I was told that i need to prepay for the shoe repair. I paid $20 cash, received a claim ticket. I was told it would be two weeks for the repair. Three weeks later i go to pick them up. They weren't ready. They hadn't been started on . I requsted my shoes to be returned. That took another week, partly due to their oddly staffed hours or the employee running late. I finally got my shoes back, but no refund. Spots on drapes that I told them about were not removed so I had to take them back. Should have been marked with red tape when I dropped them off but wasn't. Had to make 2 trips.

If you want to make the year 2020 a lot worse - come to Nu-Yale dry cleaners. Then not only can you have your clothes ruined, but you can fill your time in endless disputes trying to get Nu Yale and their regional manager, Debbie, to take responsibility.
