I'm not sure how it's possible but the coat came out dirtier than when it was dropped off. Smelled dirty had all kinds of white dots matted into the fabric, peeling and hair all over it.
They did a great job at cleaning my dress in a timely manner. The customer service was not great - the employees won't even speak to you or acknowledge your existence. They will eventually point you to a kiosk in the lobby if you stand there long enough. Pricing was reasonable. I just prefer a more friendly and professional experience.
This is the first time I had used the new automated system. It seemed to work fairly well and not complicated for someone who is tech savvy. However, when the door opened and it delivered my coat for me to pick up, it missed the hanger and dropped the long coat in a heap to the floor.
Great service from this location!!!! always quick turnaround time and everything looks great, looks neatly pressed and clean. I appreciate the fact that my suits and shirts don't have chemical smell and can be worn all day.
Great. They replace buttons. They accept directions on certain items. If you lose something they find it and inform you. Simple drop off and pick up procedures.
