This was my first time using any dry cleaner in years. The process was easy after I was shown how to do it. I picked my items up a couple days later and when the auto rack pushed my items into the retrieval box they fell to the floor inside the box. (Two white uniforms) on the floor. I was luckily able to reach them and rehang them on the hangers. Not sure if it was worth $45 to clean an adult and child martial arts uniform.
The whole process from drop off to pick up was beyond easy and the work was high quality. I definitely recommend this company.
UNBELIEVABLE! They completely ruined our 4x6 wool rug. Cut it apart! Charged us for cleaning and actually said we would NOT even get our charge refunded! Not to mention, they will not compensate AT ALL for the ruined rug that matches our dining room rug. Had to call corporate office to get the charges refunded! We will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
It was my first visit and I struggled a little. The machine would not take my card. I had to redo the beginning process. I'm sure it will be better the next time.
Ease of use outside of normal business hours to drop off and pick up clothes is a big plus. They do not do pick ups or delivery to Mt. Washington, Ky.
