The customer service man was very personable and walked me through the order process since I’d never been there before. He was just as helpful when I returned to pick up my comforter.

Cleaned a wool rug. Had for approx 16 days. When I got it felt like it was done w regular carpet cleaner w water. I've decided not to take the larger wool rug to them after all. Needs a more professional type of cleaning. Its expensive and I don't want it cleaned like first one

This was my first time using Nu-Yale cleaners. They have an automated process to drop off and pick up clothes which is very easy. They also contact you when clothes are ready to pick up. It is very efficient. The clothes came back looking great. I will be using them again.

Expensive and I never knew if/when my clothes were ready. I went after the date and time told to me initially and a few things were ready. I went back a few days later assuming the rest would be but there was still something in progress so it’ll have taken me 3 trips to get all my stuff back and over two weeks after it was estimated to be done when first dropped off.

Having the automated system for just dropping off and picking up dry cleaning is great. But when you have something special like a preservation of a baptismal gown, there was no one to talk with about it who actually knew what they were doing. I had two separate baptismal gowns, one of which also had a cap, and a slip. The cap for one baptismal gown was put in the other baptismal gowns box. So it's not the correct box.
