This was my first time using Nu-Yale cleaners. They have an automated process to drop off and pick up clothes which is very easy. They also contact you when clothes are ready to pick up. It is very efficient. The clothes came back looking great. I will be using them again.

Having the automated system for just dropping off and picking up dry cleaning is great. But when you have something special like a preservation of a baptismal gown, there was no one to talk with about it who actually knew what they were doing. I had two separate baptismal gowns, one of which also had a cap, and a slip. The cap for one baptismal gown was put in the other baptismal gowns box. So it's not the correct box. Automated service was quite nice and the prices can’t be beat. Simple to use, impressed that it knew exactly where all my pieces of clothes were in the rack (separated by other customer’s clothes). Will use again for sure

This was our first time trying NuYale and we will continue to use them. We love the easy process! Can pick up anytime which makes it very convenient. Shirts had a nice heavy starch as requested.
