The customer service man was very personable and walked me through the order process since I’d never been there before. He was just as helpful when I returned to pick up my comforter.
I did not know walking in that this was an essentially fully automated service. I was skeptical at first but honestly I am sold at the ease of drop off and especially pick up. I will use again
Cleaned a wool rug. Had for approx 16 days. When I got it felt like it was done w regular carpet cleaner w water. I've decided not to take the larger wool rug to them after all. Needs a more professional type of cleaning. Its expensive and I don't want it cleaned like first one
Expensive and I never knew if/when my clothes were ready. I went after the date and time told to me initially and a few things were ready. I went back a few days later assuming the rest would be but there was still something in progress so it’ll have taken me 3 trips to get all my stuff back and over two weeks after it was estimated to be done when first dropped off.
Requested medium starch they did not do that so I had to leave it. Dress is still not ready. Event is tomorrow
