Fast, helpful and accommodating. NuYale cleaned and preservation packaged my father’s World War II dress and field uniforms. They expertly folded all 7 of the wool clothing pieces which included a long dress coat and two Eisenhower jackets into 3 easy to handle boxes. I don’t know how they managed to do this but my family and I are very pleased with their work and the timely manner in which it was done. This is our first time using Nu-Yale and we couldn’t be happier with the results. The kiosk is easy to use and allows us to pick up and drop off anytime. I am having issues using the app but isn’t necessary to use the services. I am also looking forward to trying the delivery services.
I took my 3 week old new Ugg boots in to get a small stain out of them and they came back with more stains, they shrunk them and are completely unformed. The employee was not even apologetic or anything. I will never use them again
The experience was easy, convenient and fast. The result was very nice. It was my first time using them, I will go back.
