Hi. Thanks for using green practices. That is why I chose to bring my duvets to you. However, when I picked them up, despite the fact that I had answered a preference question to say that I would like to receive my dry cleaned items on a hanger versus a box, my duvets were packed in separate plastic bags. Two things are wrong with this. One, it goes against the whole green concept for you to use plastic bags that, let's face it, are going to wind up being single use for many people.
