I have an old wool coat that needed a dry clean. The employees were very friendly and checked in with me about repairs, since the coat has a hole and is some missing buttons. I didn’t need this because I was planning to do the repairs myself, but I am very thankful they called me to make sure. My coat, even though it’s about a decade old, looked fresh, clean and new when I got it back. Overall a very positive experience, and very friendly, thoughtful employees.

Nor'east Cleaners did a beautiful job cleaning two coats and one pocketbook which were all in really bad shape. They are always cheerful and treat their customers with respect. I like that they care about their community. Right now they are giving their customers $1 off for every can of food they bring in to be donated to the food pantry.
