Blanket lost its softness in many spots...that did not happen last time I had it cleaned....disapiinted.

Lynn- we are more than disappointed. Not sure how this happened but please bring your blanket back and we will re-clean it and bring the softness back for no charge. We will also give you a $10 credit an any future cleaning you bring to us. Very sorry this happened.
