Very friendly, fast service!
Woman at register was friendly and polite and served me quickly. Also explained why I was picking up 4 pieces instead of 3 because the removable collar on my coat was considered a seperate piece.
Always nice to do business with...
You always handle every cleaning problem I have. You always do the best you can. I have an old Irish knit sweater that has great sentimental value and you always keep it going. Someday it may fall apart but until then I know I can count on you. Everyone is so cheerful and pleasant to be around. I love getting the email that my cleaning is ready for pick up.

Service was great!
I rate Nor'East Cleaners five stars because of years of excellent service. I did have an unfortunate experience lately however, when I took a coat to be cleaned and instead it was sent through for repairs that had been done on it last Fall!!! Of course it is being handled well since I returned it, and I wonder if the computer made the mistake on its own or if some of the desk people are not quite careful enough when entering things??

Thank you for the review and the information. When your repair was done, the instructions were entered onto the barcode on the item instead of on the invoice itself. The next time you brought it in for cleaning, since it was attached to the barcode, the same instructions were printed. Some messages, such as no creases, should appear every time but others, like a repair, should not. Unfortunately, this was human error. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to fix our mistake.
