Appreciated letter welcoming me as first time customer- also email notice when each item was completed. Haven’t had chance to open the item dry cleaned and the piece mended by your seamstress yet. However they looked nicely pressed and cleaned.
Very customer service oriented. Explained the stains may not come out but they would do the best they can do. Very satisfied!
