I was very impressed with a nice girl at the counter Wednesday afternoon who greeted me when I walked in. I told her that I was a former Sterling cleaners account, but that they were closing and she helped me get set up with an account, delivery, instructions, website, data, etc. She did a superb job and has a very positive and pleasant attitude.
