Great service. Very friendly professional staff. Great cleaning and laundry service.
Clean and on time
Last year I had Nor' East install a new zipper on my favorite jacket. When I picked the item up I found the zipper was sewn on "backwards" (i.e.: as a woman's), but I decided not to return it. After wearing it only a handful of times the zipper malfunctioned. I returned to Nor' East and explained my concern-I do not know who I spoke to, sadly-and hoped that they would replace the zipper gratis. I am very pleased that they did so, and will be returning to them for service in the future. Thank you!
Needed a suit cleaned on short notice. I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. OUTSTANDING service!

I brought in a beloved shirt of my father’s that had multiple holes. My father passed away 11/6 and to say I’m devastated would be an understatement. The folks at Nor’east Cleaners were so patient, kind and accommodating and patched up my father’s shirt so I can continue to cherish it. I’m so thankful.

In person service is awesome but telephone business etiquette is severely lacking. No explanation to the customer about delivery service except a very snappy “ you can’t do that.” I felt like I was talking to a sleep deprived teenager. Hung up shocked and shared the experience with a friend as it was unbelievable.
