I brought in a beloved shirt of my father’s that had multiple holes. My father passed away 11/6 and to say I’m devastated would be an understatement. The folks at Nor’east Cleaners were so patient, kind and accommodating and patched up my father’s shirt so I can continue to cherish it. I’m so thankful.

In person service is awesome but telephone business etiquette is severely lacking. No explanation to the customer about delivery service except a very snappy “ you can’t do that.” I felt like I was talking to a sleep deprived teenager. Hung up shocked and shared the experience with a friend as it was unbelievable.
Execution for time and quality has been excellent - communication with Nor’east has been very good , no errors and always there when needed . The quality of the clothing when finished has been excellent, and the best same day service !!! Thank you !!! The cleaning has and is very good! same day service !
