Too many items ruined. Owner wouldn’t accept even though I had everything to prove and his employees agreed.
I'm a relatively new customer moving to the Gloucester area in the middle of the pandemic. Nor'east Cleaners again and again, exceeds my expectations. Super responsive with questions asked online, flawless delivery, and even made a special trip out when I needed something in a hurry. We are HUGE fans and will be loyal customers for years to come.
This is a great company - reliable, excellent work, green, and pleasant, professional staff. We highly recommend them.

I only have great things to say about Nor'easter cleaners! They have not only meet all my dry cleaning needs, but have gone above and beyond what they are expected to do on several occasions. The best part of Nor'east cleaners in my opinion is the driver Gary. He is so sweet and kind. 9 out of 10 times when pulls into my driveway he has to deal with my dog who is obnoxious to say the least, Gary somehow always wards him off and greets me with a smile in the process, thanks Gary;)
