Mediocre. As per the other reviews they were careless and took the hem out of a brand new pair of Veronica Beard shorts then tried to say they were that way when I dropped them off.. not. The dry cleaning form of gaslighting. Trying to amend their error they quickly sewed the shorts so that they were then asymmetrical. So I had them take the hem back out and now instead of needing the shorts cleaned and pressed, I need to take them to the seamstress.

I brought in a white double-breasted linen dinner jacket to have some stains removed. They did get the original stains out, but the jacket came back with two new, highly visible stains on the back and a chipped pearl button. When I raised it, they claimed the damage was there when I brought it in. On top of that, the charge was steep. I feel like an idiot for not taking photos before I dropped it off, but I trusted the dry cleaners since it’s in a nice area. Very disappointing.

The seamstress herself is very skilled, and the younger staff member I interacted with was quite kind. I’ve had two negative experiences overall, neither directly involving the seamstress’s work quality. The first issue was a timing problem where an item wasn’t ready when promised, but they did make up for it and it didn’t happen again. The second issue was more frustrating. Clothes usually come back with marks still there or tags torn off, one of the worst dry cleaners at the most expensive place is mind blowing. Do better!

I recently had a problem with the dry cleaning and immediately the owner responded and made right on the situation. I am incredibly impressed with this level of care and customer service. I realize mistakes happen and have to say they stood by the quality of service they want to ensure. Due to this, I highly recommend them.
