These guys are fast, but expensive and careless. Most recently they knocked the collar button off of one of my dress shirts, rendering it inoperable. I informed them of this, then attached a note to the shirt telling them again. Then they charged me for a second cleaning which I shouldn't have been charged for and specifically told them I did not want because I couldn't even wear the shirt after their screwup. Unfortunately very rude management when having the slightest issue. Can’t believe how I was treated today. Still sort of in shock as I consider myself to be a kind person. Never going back. Also for the prices they charge you’d imagine they wouldn’t be so awful! Very disappointing.
I read this place was expensive, but it exceeds my expectations. It’s 3-4x what I pay in LA. For basic cleaning of 3 jackets it cost $91. Just worth knowing before you drop off here.
I was worried about cleaning this 100 yr. old wool jacket that I love. They did a Perfect Job. It looks brand new.
Work was of good quality but somewhat pricey vs. cleaners from home (Evanston, IL). Would use again if visiting.
