I recently had a problem with the dry cleaning and immediately the owner responded and made right on the situation. I am incredibly impressed with this level of care and customer service. I realize mistakes happen and have to say they stood by the quality of service they want to ensure. Due to this, I highly recommend them.
The staff is "on the ball", and always ready to help me get my clothing cleaned, in a way that honors our environment AND gets my clothes cleaned! They are efficient, quick and respectful. Their prices are fair, especially for their professionalism. All staff are kind . . . good. Great Place!
The staff at Montecito Cleaners is always so helpful. They fixed a bridesmaid dress that another place had altered poorly, and it turned out perfectly. I’m so grateful for their excellent service!
Recently had an issue w/cleaners. However, cleaners solved the problem & corrected the issue. Staff was pleasant, courteous & the owner called. All handled processionally! Yes U will continue to use this cleaners!
