I brought two brand new pieces to Montecito Cleaners and both times the items came back damaged. The first time a button on the sleeve of a new shirt was not protected during cleaning and was lost. The replacement buttons are not a match but I was willing to overlook. The second experience was far worse. I brought a new, expensive dress to this cleaner and the dress was completely ruined. The staff is "on the ball", and always ready to help me get my clothing cleaned, in a way that honors our environment AND gets my clothes cleaned! They are efficient, quick and respectful. Their prices are fair, especially for their professionalism. All staff are kind . . . good. Great Place!
The staff at Montecito Cleaners is always so helpful. They fixed a bridesmaid dress that another place had altered poorly, and it turned out perfectly. I’m so grateful for their excellent service!
Recently had an issue w/cleaners. However, cleaners solved the problem & corrected the issue. Staff was pleasant, courteous & the owner called. All handled processionally! Yes U will continue to use this cleaners!
