I was hesitant at first at using a laundry service. I shouldn't have been. It has been a extremely good experience. Clear explanations on how the service works and any charges, so there were no surprises. My clothes were returned with a great clean laundry scent and folded neatly. Add in the bonus of not needing multiple trips up and down the stairs and the whole exercise has been fantastic.

We have been happy with Model for years now. Big fans because of the convenience, promptness and reliability. whenever too we need to drop off in one of the brick-mortar places, we don't get the "ohh you are pickup/dropoff clients" etc..

Model Cleaners is an excellent company. I love that they have pick up and delivery. Saves me a lot of time. They are always prompt and have never missed a pickup or delivery. My clothes are always perfectly cleaned and pressed. I highly recommend them.

Historically service has been great but my last order was left hanging on the door knob of my front door instead of the adjacent door where the Model cleaners hook is located. That door is protected and has a storm door while the front door doesn’t have either.
