Have been using Model Cleaners for years. Always have been happy with the service and competitive prices. Jason, our delivery person, is always wonderful to deal with. Couldn't be happier.
Love model cleaners! They’re very convenient with their pickup/delivery service. Their pricing is better than I’ve seen at other places. They clean my clothes every time, I’ve yet to have something come back with a stain/spot they couldn’t get out.
Excellent company for all dry cleaning and mending needs. They are very detailed, prompt, professional, and honest….returned money and jewelry found in my jacket pockets!! They call if issues arise, always give advance notice of holiday schedules, and easy to access by phone to accommodate most requests. I offer an exceptional recommendation of the quality of their service.
I've been using this business for 10 years. The following is a more specific 5-star list: 1. Impeccable cleaning/wonderful attention to detail (i.e. pick-up-, packaging returned CLEAN clothes delivered in a timely in a timely manner 2. Excellent customer support 3. Use of emails to announce reduce rates on certain "items of the week/month, etc. 4. Easy-to-read receipts attached by garment item/bunch 5. Model - they put the C in Clean and Convenience. I work 60 hours a week and my time is limited. So, grocery shopping, banking cleaners etc. There's only so many hours in a week. Now I joined some of my coworkers and am on Damon's pickup and delivery route. I put my dirty laundry where it belongs, in a bag and twice a week Damon picks up the dirty and drops off the clean.
