Model Cleaners live up to its name. I’ve been using them for pickup/drop off service for years and they’ve been almost perfect. The one time there was an issue (didn’t deliver a shirt) they were able to track it down and resolve it very quickly. I have no idea how they did it so flawlessly and so fast. Quick, Easy and Effective. Using the online pick up/drop off tool is seamless. It's free and easy to use. I had my items back within 2-3 days and I didn't have to worry about dropping off or picking up. They do the work for you! Love having this option - and love the cleanliness of my items.
Model cleaners does such an amazing job! I have never been disappointed with anything I've gotten back from them whether it's cleaning my comforter or steaming new curtains or just simply dry cleaning some clothing. When I've had to make a phone call to ask a question. The people are so kind and helpful! Not to mention that they have pickup and delivery service! 🙂 Excellent service which was very much appreciated. Will definitely use again. I had my first pickup and delivery by Model cleaners. Picked up Monday 4/14 and was returned Thursday 4/17 without any issues. Received a text after my pants were picked up asking whether I needed them cleaned and pressed.(Because I didn’t indicate what I wanted done) They also asked if I needed a yellow bag, which you use when you send your dry cleaning.
