Excellent service! I dropped three suits and a button up shirt off on a Wednesday evening and was told they should be ready by Monday. I received a text on Thursday that not only were they ready, but they’d would have a driver in my area available to drop them off to me Friday morning. excellent service, attention to details and very good flexibility as I travel a lot, and I’m not always as dependable as I should be My clothes are well-made and cost a lot of money so I need to make sure that my dry cleaner treats them respectfully and Model cleaners always does. Model Cleaners live up to its name. I’ve been using them for pickup/drop off service for years and they’ve been almost perfect. The one time there was an issue (didn’t deliver a shirt) they were able to track it down and resolve it very quickly. I have no idea how they did it so flawlessly and so fast. I’m cannot say enough good things about the convenience and quality of Model Cleaners. I love the text reminders to schedule pick up and quick turnaround for returns. One of my favorite things having just moved back to the area! Huge help for busy families!
Always very satisfied with the pickup and delivery from Model Cleaners. I often send horse blankets, and then king size bedding. The driver is so polite and eager to assist.
