I have been dealing with Model dry cleaning in Oakmont for 13 years. Three months ago,I moved to a senior care facility nearby. I contacted Model cleaners and they were able to deliver to my new address about 5 miles from my Former dry cleaners in Oakmont , PA. The pick up is punctual on Tuesday . A bag to put the cleaning and shirts to be laundered, was given to me for the pick up service. I get my dry cleaning and shirts back on Friday. Service is great cost is very reasonable. This is a wellborn operation. AWB

I love the cleaning, well done job. Pickup and delivery service is really nice and so convenient. Folks there are friendly and courteous. Model Dry Cleaners are my new dry cleaners. Thank you.

Great service. Prompt pickup and delivery, friendly driver. Customer service very responsive. Cleaning is good - no problems over many years. My only complaint is that lately EVERY time I get my order back, I receive multiple texts and emails requesting a review. Enough with the spam.

I've been using this business for 10 years. The following is a more specific 5-star list: 1. Impeccable cleaning/wonderful attention to detail (i.e. pick-up-, packaging returned CLEAN clothes delivered in a timely in a timely manner 2. Excellent customer support 3. Use of emails to announce reduce rates on certain "items of the week/month, etc. 4. Easy-to-read receipts attached by garment item/bunch 5. Reasonable pricing =My 5 stars for everyone at Model Cleaners.
