I have been a customer for many, many years and they have always performed exceptional. Even during COVID, never had issues. I use the home pick-up and delivery service which is dependable and very reliable.
Model Cleaners live up to its name. I’ve been using them for pickup/drop off service for years and they’ve been almost perfect. The one time there was an issue (didn’t deliver a shirt) they were able to track it down and resolve it very quickly. I have no idea how they did it so flawlessly and so fast.
