I was hesitant at first at using a laundry service. I shouldn't have been. It has been a extremely good experience. Clear explanations on how the service works and any charges, so there were no surprises. My clothes were returned with a great clean laundry scent and folded neatly. Add in the bonus of not needing multiple trips up and down the stairs and the whole exercise has been fantastic.

We have been happy with Model for years now. Big fans because of the convenience, promptness and reliability. whenever too we need to drop off in one of the brick-mortar places, we don't get the "ohh you are pickup/dropoff clients" etc..

I recently signed up for Model Cleaners pick up and Delivery service. I am housebound at present and badly needed a way to get some dry cleaning done. Not wanting to impose on family/ friends this service was appealing to me. Signing up on line was easy and when they failed to contact me about my first pick up I called and a very nice customer service person Anna Marie took care of the oversight and even gave me her direct line to call that evening if I still hadn’t received the necessary text about the pick up. Fantastic experience! They went above and beyond to get my clothes done quickly and even offered home delivery, which was a huge help. Everything came back looking great, and they’re so personable and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer for years and always received excellent service from Model Cleaners. Their pick up/delivery service is so convenient in a busy day-to-day setting.
