Model Cleaners did a decent job with the actual cleaning, but the customer service and billing process were incredibly frustrating. When I went to pick up my items, the employee told me I had a credit on my account that covered the full cost. Later, I received a bill in the mail (which I somewhat expected, as I was unsure why there was a credit in the first place), but to my surprise, they added a $10 “statement fee” on top of the charges. So I won't kill them on their service since they never actually laundry my clothes, I dropped them off around 9am the lady I talked to was nice, I asked to use my detergent for allergies reasons, she said I think we can, flag number 1, she said not to leave my clothes in my bag use hers,ok flag 2 I asked when will it be ready, she said well you don't have much,but I don't see why it won't be ready by 5 ,flag 3, I said today, awesome, I got done with work early so I called (3:30) and asked if my clothes were ready,, they lady... read more
