I received quick service with a very kind smile. My clothes were done on time and even sent me a reminder I didn’t pick them up on time. I really appreciated the reminder. Another great smile and quick service when I picked them up.

Absolutely love Model, not only do they do a fantastic job dry cleaning but their alterations are next level. I had them alter a dress literally shorten one side for a wedding and it came out perfect! They even quoted me a 7 day return it was finished in 3 days. I cannot guarantee the quickness but I can guarantee their quality!

A tale of multiple tries... My wife dropped off a white linen jacket to be cleaned. She had work it to a wedding and ended up with multiple spots on the lapel and the sleeve. The spots were noted and identified when the jacket was initially dropped off. The first time it was returned, the spots were lightened but still plainly visible. Our assumption is that they were not pretreated at all prior to the cleaning process. Have used their services multiple times. Very polite and quick service. Cheap price for dry cleaning, suits in particular. Will continue to use their services in the future. Consistently very happy with the service!

Staff at the McMurray location is always friendly and easy to work with. Quality job on the clothing as well. Great experience as always!
