Very quick and easy service when I brought my cashmere sweater in for cleaning. It was done in the time I was told, looks great and doesn’t have a heavy dry cleaning smell on it. I’m very satisfied with Model cleaners. And Victoria is great!

I gave my winter coat for dry cleaning got back worse than it was before, it has lint all over it, I don’t have pets but now my coat is covered in various pet and human hair. Salt water stains are as they were. Not sure how it was cleaned but looks like they washed it with a dirty rug or something. Very disappointed.
