I have been a loyal customer of Model Cleaners for years, but my most recent experience left me disappointed enough to write this review. Today, I brought in dry cleaning with a coupon I had received by email. When I showed the email to the representative at drop-off, I was informed that I needed to click and redeem the coupon before arriving. Good experience The.gal that took care of me kindly asked if I would like it if she took my item to my car for me. It is a large quilted comforter.and heavy I'm 83 and not that strong. I really appreciated her to do this for me. Much thanks
My dress shirts are always “crisp” and clean and the staff are always friendly and professional. My items are consistently finished in a timely manner. Model Cleaners in the only company I will ever utilize.
