I had a last minute item that needed dry cleaned before a trip, as walked into the store things looked a little busy, but to my surprise they waited on me right away. I was able to pick it up the next day. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job.
Very quick and easy service when I brought my cashmere sweater in for cleaning. It was done in the time I was told, looks great and doesn’t have a heavy dry cleaning smell on it. I’m very satisfied with Model cleaners. And Victoria is great!
I gave my winter coat for dry cleaning got back worse than it was before, it has lint all over it, I don’t have pets but now my coat is covered in various pet and human hair. Salt water stains are as they were. Not sure how it was cleaned but looks like they washed it with a dirty rug or something. Very disappointed.
The Collier location staff is always friendly, professional, and efficient. I can be in and out within minutes. Model has always done a great job with my dry cleaning.
Have been a customer for years. They have always been courteous and friendly as I prefer to drop off my dry cleaning at the location.
