I have been using Model Cleaners for over 25 years. Always receive top quality dry cleaning and shirt laundering. The staff is always pleasant and efficient; always enjoyed interacting with Joyce over the years and now Alexis at the Collier location. Model is one of the best local businesses that I have engaged with; well done.
I took my jacket to be cleaned and once I got it home I discovered 90% of my buttons were missing. I had to report this incident to the manager. If I didn't call I would have been left with a damaged jacket. Model cleaner did put new buttons on my jacket. But they did not compensate me for the damages. I only got a $10 credit on the next cleaning. This is not okay!?
Employees get to know you. They even know my car! Work done promptly. We have been using Model as our cleaners for about 10 years now and have had no problem ever.
