Customer service was very welcoming, kind and helpful. My suit and shirts come back in excellent condition and just as I requested with starch and other details. Wife was very impressed with the cleaning of her dress. Was very pleased and will be returning for future cleaning.
My dry cleaning experience was very good at Model. My 2 dresses look beautiful and they got the stain out of one of the dresses. They were hung nicely on hangers. I would recommend Model.
The personnel are very nice and friendly. This was my first time at the store. It is very organized, clean and inviting. Also, the pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely be returning and referring to friends and family.
I was impressed with their attitudes and expertise. The man I first met was completely honest with the odds for success. I wanted a handwoven wall hanging from Malawi cleaned. Model delivered in spades!
We have had three of our daughters' wedding dresses cleaned here. They do an excellent job and at a very reasonable price. We were very happy with the service each time!!
