The personnel are very nice and friendly. This was my first time at the store. It is very organized, clean and inviting. Also, the pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely be returning and referring to friends and family.
I was impressed with their attitudes and expertise. The man I first met was completely honest with the odds for success. I wanted a handwoven wall hanging from Malawi cleaned. Model delivered in spades!
Customer service was very welcoming, kind and helpful. My suit and shirts come back in excellent condition and just as I requested with starch and other details. Wife was very impressed with the cleaning of her dress. Was very pleased and will be returning for future cleaning.
This is the second time I have used Model cleaners. Even though it is out of my way, I find that they do not reject items that Giant Eagle cleaners rejects. I have not been disappointed at all with the quality I get at Model. Just wish it was closer to me. I live in Butler!
Great job with the garment and very kind. One interesting tid bit while reading over their pricing menu that I found worth mentioning, they will clean your Ole’ Glory for no cost.
