Brought in 2 dresses and when I walked in they were very friendly. They finished cleaning them early and when I went to pick them up I was amazed of how clean they got them, even got rid of a big stain on one dress, and at such an affordable price. Will recommend to anyone using dry clean for first time and I plan to come again
I dropped off a few pieces that needed pressed. The pants came back without creases (I dropped them off with creases that I wanted preserved). Other than complete crease removal, they were not pressed well at all. And my pieces now have a permanently fused barcode (some visible from the outside of my garment!) Not cool. Oh, and, many of the pieces came back covered in lint, threads, etc. Will never give them my clothes again. Complete waste of $40 and I’m stuck with re-cleaning and pressing them myself.
I’ve been going to Model Cleaners for several years and I’ve never been disappointed in their work or service!

We love Model Cleaners! The lady that works the desk is THE BEST! She's quick and super sweet! Our dry cleaning needs are sporadic but we choose Model everytime! Hoping to soon get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved from them!
