Absolutely terrible experience. I brought in a jacket with a few visible spots and we clearly marked each spot with tape so there was no confusion about what needed to be cleaned. When I picked it up, none of the spots were removed—not even slightly. I gave them a second chance and left it there to be cleaned again. Same result. Still not clean at all. Model Cleaners does a great job. The garments are ready when they say they will be, and they do an excellent job on both dry cleaning and laundry items. I highly recommend their store at 1775 North Highland Road in Upper St. Clair, PA. AND the staff there is extremely professional, friendly and accommodating!
The Model Cleaners store near Louis Anthony Jewelers on Highland Avenue in Upper St Clair is outstanding. The employees are always friendly, and the clothes are ready when advertised. If they miss a spot, they kindly take it back for a second cleaning at no charge. If you live near the SHV Mall, you should use Model for your laundry and dry cleaning needs.
