I was looking for a dry cleaner in the area. Based on reviews found this place. Very disappointed. Attaching the pictures. The dress has still make up on it, the blouse is not ironed and has under arm stains don't even seem like someone try to clean it. 5 pics of cloth over $100 without any results. Pretty disappointing. What did I pay for?
I took in 4 draperies that had been hanging in my living room for at least 20 years. I wasn't sure if they would dry rot when being cleaned. The actual person cleaning them called me to tell me they were in good shape and that if any product did dry rot, you did not need to pay. She even thought they could be steamed and since no pressing was involved, it was a bit cheaper. They came out beautifully. I appreciated all the contact and the great outcome. Thank you.
Model cleaned and repaired my dining room drapes, they came back beautiful! So impressed!
Model Cleaners does a great job. The garments are ready when they say they will be, and they do an excellent job on both dry cleaning and laundry items. I highly recommend their store at 1775 North Highland Road in Upper St. Clair, PA. AND the staff there is extremely professional, friendly and accommodating!
They do a great job but, gosh, they are pricey! Employee: not so friendly, but that’s ok. Did not impact my rating.
