I have used this cleaners in Oakmont for the past 10 years. My shirts are neatly folded, ready to put in a suitcase when I travel. Staff there is very pleasant and interactive. One of the staff, Jordan, his particularly pleasant. sometimes I arrive to either drop off or pick up and she’s always got something cheerful to say. I enjoy the interaction with people throughout my day.
Customer service is professional and pleasant. I had a special situation with a sentimental pure Irish wool cape that was overdue for a cleaning and had some moth damage around the bottom. I was hoping that shortening the hem would resolve majority of damage. They didn't hesitate to reach out to me to confirm my understanding and set expectations. Result was all I could hope for and then some. They clearly take pride in doing a good job with care and skill. So grateful!
I picked at my laundry from the cleaners and attached to my bag was an envelope and it had $10 in it. Whomever was doing my laundry found the $10 in a pocket of my pants and actually returned it to me. That says so much about the integrity of that person and I would really like to thank them for being so honest!
Young woman who staffs the front desk most of the time always greets you when you enter, is friendly and helpful and wishes me to have a good rest of my day. She's a pleasure to deal with!
