My experience with Model Cleaners was nothing short of perfect. My Canada Goose jacket had a very devastating stain on it. They were able to remove it and get it back to me within four days. Their customer service was very alert, honest, and proactive. Highly recommend and will be using them moving forward.
I took in a baptism outfit that belonged to my son-in-law that he wore for his Christening 30 years ago. I have never seen anything like this. It has an embroidered jacket, pants, a shirt and bonnet it. It’s absolutely exquisite, but it had turned yellow from aging obviously. Models got every spot of yellow out of that embroidered jacket, it looks brand new. I don’t know how they did it!! I would recommend Model cleaners over and over again! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you!!
In addition to being a great dry cleaner, Model offers an alterations service. The clothes we had altered were perfectly done, neat and accurate in every way, very professional!
Fast, professional cleaning. Had 2 cocktail dresses cleaned by Model. One needed professional spot cleaning only. Both dresses look like new. And the price was very reasonable.
