I called before dropping off my twin comforter to check on the cost of cleaning. I was quoted $30. Dropped it off and when I went to pick it up they wanted to charge me $48. The cashier had an attitude that was immediately “oh well, too bad; nothing I can do about it now”. After I felt cornered into this overcharge & my comforter was being held hostage, she then took time to read the ticket. They charged me for a queen Duvet… whatever that means. I had forgotten to pick up a quilt since January 17th, 2025. I started to think “where could I have put it?” The search began. After finding the receipt in a purse pocket, I discovered my missing quilt was hopefully (actually) still at Mirror Pond Cleaners. I called them and they still had it! I have very few pieces that require dry cleaning but when I do, I only use Mirror Pond. They are pleasant, helpful and professional. You should use them whenever you have any cleaning needs. They are the best by far.
