I’ve always trusted Mirror Pond Cleaners to do quality work with care. When I realized I may have inadvertently left a holiday coat there 11 months earlier and called to inquire I had just assumed it would have been given away by then. But, they quickly found it in the system, then on the rack, and couldn't have been nicer about the much-delayed pick-up and payment of services. I felt like my business mattered to them. THIS is customer service at its best!
Mirror Pond Dry Cleaners has the nicest people working with them AND they provide fabulous friendly service! For the many years I have taken my dry cleaning to Mirror Pond I am and have always been very satisfied with how my clothes, jackets, comforters and throws have been promptly and efficiently cleaned. I dropped off wool coat which was a mess as someone had washed it. Staff was super friendly and attentive. It was cleaned and pressed in one day. It looks fantastic. Love it. Price was reasonable.
AVOID!!! This place is a nightmare. They shrunk and ruined my wife’s wedding dress and then tried to blame it on her. Imagine that happening to you or your loved one, with their WEDDING DRESS! This place came recommended from the bridal salon, but after our extremely poor experience, even the bridal salon will no longer recommend their services. As always, excellent customer service and spectacular cleaning. These guys are seriously the best in Bend!! Quick turn around time and especially fantastic cleaning of my cashmere sweaters and Pottery Barn Sherpa fleece comforters! You get all the pet hair off and depill my stuff making it look new every time! Thank you!
