I’ve always trusted Mirror Pond Cleaners to do quality work with care. When I realized I may have inadvertently left a holiday coat there 11 months earlier and called to inquire I had just assumed it would have been given away by then. But, they quickly found it in the system, then on the rack, and couldn't have been nicer about the much-delayed pick-up and payment of services. I felt like my business mattered to them. THIS is customer service at its best!
I have taken my laundry to Mirror Pond cleaners for over 8 years and they have been excellent. I just took my couch cushion slips in and they were extremely dirty. They came out almost perfect through no fault of their own. The slips have been cleaned there twice and will use them again in the future.

I had a white pair of pants( my favorite) the had choc ice cream stain that I tried to remove w/out success. Mirror Pond cleaned and pressed them, no problem! I also love you coupons for 5$ off 5 items and the 30% off of quilts, etc.
I dropped off wool coat which was a mess as someone had washed it. Staff was super friendly and attentive. It was cleaned and pressed in one day. It looks fantastic. Love it. Price was reasonable.
