My dress was submitted for preservation the day after my wedding, and it showed up a couple days after we got back from our honeymoon, in perfect condition! The box is intact, and the dress looks absolutely beautiful!! It was a gigantic dress, so for it to fit so nicely in a well-preserved box, I couldn't be happier!
The experience was great I just wish I knew about the monogram when I signed up to ship my gown. I'm so busy and my phone was having problems so I missed the email.

I was so worried about not having our daughter's wedding dress, especially knowing it could take up to 6 weeks. I was happily amazed when it got here in a bit over 2 weeks. It looks beautiful!! It was so little effort, that there's really not much to say. They did a beautiful job packaging my dress and sent it back in a timely manner.

Fast and easy. My gown came back quick and it's beautifully preserved. They even contacted me when they received it to see if I wanted my box to say anything. I didn't check it off but decided that I wanted it, so it was great!
