My wedding dress was dirty from taking picturea out the door by the lake. I bought the preservative kit from Davids Bridal. Instructions and shipping were super easy to do. I dropped the dress off to UPS and got it back within 2- 3weeks. I am very pleased and happy with the service
Very easy, simple instructions.. and I received my gown back sooner than expected. I'm glad I decided to purchase this service, with being married on the beach, a lot of debris was stuck in the lace on the bottom of my gown. Came back looking like new! Would definitely recommend the service to anyone with an outdoor wedding.

I'm upset that my garter was laid directly across the belt on the front of my dress! The belt of my dress is stunning with bling and the entire front of the belt is covered up with my lace garter. Now I wish that I didn't include the garter! So the most beautiful part of the front of my dress, I can't see at all. The way that my dress was put into the box, you would think that no one would have covered the belt of my dress. Being that I can't break the seal, there's nothing I can do about it.
