The gown came back in 2 weeks instead of 6 weeks. It looks great. I like that the box was personalized with our names and wedding date. The only issue I had is I do not like the lettering. Or could have been script, a little more fancy. I also had 2 small bubbles in the wrapping. I thought it was a hole, but it wasn't. I plan to surprise my husband with it when he returns home next week from his deployment.
I fell in love with my wedding dress all over again. I absolutely love it!

Initially I did not like the way my dress and accessories was placed inside of the box. I wrote a review how unhappy I was about it being that I couldn't open the box. Memories contacted me about my review paid for me to reship my box back to them so that they can put my dress and accessories in the way I wanted, my box was sent back to me and I love how everything is nice and nearly tucked in the window so that I could see everything now. I'm very satisfied with the service, and everything was done so quickly.

The process was so easy...at first I was a little nervous about sending my Beautiful hug dress but they made everything so smooth! Oh and did I mention they were able bring my dress back to LIFE.... ALLthe yellow spots are GONE!!!🤗🤗 It's back BEAUTIFUL and White again!! Thank you all for saving my Dress!!
