Process was easy to do. Receiving email that it was received gave me peace of mind. It was returned to me as ordered.
I had purchased this as an add on when I bought my wedding dress. Really didn't know what to expect but when I pulled it out of the brown delivery box....it was absolutely amazing. My dress was so beautiful and displayed so wonderfully in the box. I really do want to hang it on the wall as an art piece. But I think I will look a little looney. Lol. Thank you so much.
There was a mixup on my first order, by the wrong date being placed onto the box. However, Memories Gown Preservationists contacted me and offered to correct the issue. I got my gown back in no time corrected and it's beautiful. Thank you
