My box arrived back to me slightly damaged.

My dress came back in a timely manner which was great. It looks beautiful! My only complaints are that the letters of my last name were cut off when printed on the box and there is a silk ribbon tied across the waist of the dress that dosen't belong and I wish it weren't there.

After nearly 40 years of being in a tattered plastic bag we decided to have my wife's wedding gown preserved. We went to a David's Bridal store and picked up the kid. It was very simple to mail everything off and came back much faster than we thought. Everything look beautiful and was sealed tight so that it will remain looking like this forever.
I was very pleasantly surprised on how fast I got my wedding dress back. It was like Christmas opening the box up! I love how it almost looks antique and aged in a way. Of course a good thing! So glad I decided to do it!

They created our special day into an amazing preserved box where I can look, love and cherish for many years to come!
The customer service was outstanding. They contacted me right away to verify my request and was very kind. I was happy to recieve the product however the delivery guys did not handle the box with care. There was a puncture in the box because of how the delivery guy was holding it. Luckily the puncture only made an imprint on the clear covering and it didnt rip it.
Thank you my daughter and I love how you cleaned and packaged her beautiful gown to show her wedding party. They all thought it was fabulous we recommend you to other already and we will keep talking people about you thank you again
