I received my dress back in about 3 weeks . The box was much bigger than I had imagined but they did a beautiful job presenting the structure of my dress. I love the way they draped my veil across it as well. I would highly recommend this company.
Good to have my wedding dress in the box looking so nice in clean. Loved it , they did a good job definitely I recommend.
Arrived fast and presentation is great. But didn’t do a great job cleaning and dress condition does not seem great.
I was very pleased with the packing and preservation process! The price was excellent as well. I intend to keep this gown for my granddaughter when she gets married and although that is some time away, I am now confident that it will be in great shape when that day comes!
My only concern is that there is a rather piece of lint right in the front. I’m a perfectionist. Otherwise I would have scored higher.
The dress looked so beautiful in the box . Great job ! My daughter cried when she saw it .
The experience was great and efficient. I also loved the customization options! The only drawback is that I can't really inspect the dress because it is in a box! However, it looks pretty and seems like they did a great job!

The dress looks nice preserved I was just sad to see my pearl belt on my dress was missing most of its beads when I got the dress back
