The dress and veil are fine. But they spelled the date wrong on the outside of the box. Instead of “January” they spelled it “Junuary. “ upsetting every time I look at the box. Especially when we paid extra.
Was a very easy process, quick turnaround. Paid extra for the platinum but dress didn't come in the black presentation box :(

I wasn’t sure about sending my daughters dress so far away, but it can back quickly. Since it’s ‘preserved’ I didn’t open the box, but I trust that all is good. Thanks!
My dress came back absolutely beautiful! I love it!
They did a wonderful job preserving my gown! I am very pleased.
My dress looks nice but the belt that had rhinestones on it is coming apart. I am not sure what happened but the rhinestones are coming loose and are now dangling off the belt.
