Received everything in a timely manner. The preservation comes with a 30 year warranty. However, you dated the warranty 2019 and it is 2020. Don’t cheat people a year. Not good business.

The gown is beautiful. However when I was sending it initially the bag that was used to put the wedding dress in was inadequate. It was a small trash bag that wouldn't cover the dress during transport.

My gown came back white and beautiful. It is 58 years old and has been worn twice in 1962 by me and in 1989 by my daughter. I am VERY excited about its preservation. Thank you

Everything went well. The dress came back quickly and was perfectly packaged. The only issue that I had was that I never received an email confirming that the dress was received or sent back. I actually called to confirm that the dress had been received. Emails would have been nice!
