Received everything in a timely manner. The preservation comes with a 30 year warranty. However, you dated the warranty 2019 and it is 2020. Don’t cheat people a year. Not good business.

The gown is beautiful. However when I was sending it initially the bag that was used to put the wedding dress in was inadequate. It was a small trash bag that wouldn't cover the dress during transport.

Everything went well. The dress came back quickly and was perfectly packaged. The only issue that I had was that I never received an email confirming that the dress was received or sent back. I actually called to confirm that the dress had been received. Emails would have been nice!
