I loved the fact that all I had to do was pack up the dress and drop it off at UPS. But, when I got it back, the personalization was not printed correctly. My husbands name is Justin and they put Justina. Also the box with the dress wasn’t sealed, the lid was just taped to the box. I don’t know if it’s supposed to be sealed or not? But that would make sense to me.
The dress looks like; however, not picture perfect like on the website (David’s Bridal). Also, the box had multiple dents, which shouldn’t have been an issued if it had been packaged carefully.
The gown was very nicely placed in the box with my veil and headband displayed. The only thing that was not to my liking was the font I chose for the box was not correct. I chose one of the cursive fonts and the box showed up with a generic font. Overall, I'm very pleased with the display and I am very happy that my gown will be preserved for years to come.
It looks good I haven’t seen what the bottom looks like but it look great in the preservation box
Received wedding dress back within just a few weeks after i shipped it. Don't know how they do it but i was pretty worried about how they were going to get that big poofy dress in the display box. They did and it looks real nice. Thank You, you do beautiful work.
My dress got so dirty due to the outdoor wedding in Washington which of course was raining. I couldn’t believe how clean my dress is now and the packaging was beautiful!!
