All I have to say is WOW! Memories Gown Preservation absolutely blew my expectations out of the water. I kept putting off having my dress preserved as I was a little hesitant to sent it off via mail. My original quote (done by myself when filling out the order request) was actually higher than what I paid to have my dress preserved! They took off some of the additional charges I had written in as my adjustments and preservation was covered under the other charges. I thought I wouldn’t see my dress for a while because I sent it during covid. I got it back in a week and a half and could not be happier! My dress looks amazing! The presentation is wonderful, and the stains are out!

It turned out beautiful. My late wife’s gown was hanging in a closet for about 20 years before being kept in storage units for close to 8 years. After all of that, I was concerned about some of the stains. It looks great. And I am proud to be able to keep it now for my daughter if and when she needs it. Thank you for your help!
