My dress came back perfect, beautiful and timeless. It was also quite speedy. I didn't expect to get it back as fast as what I did. Would recommend!

I waited 13 years to preserve my gown-not sure why. Although I can’t verify how nice the cleaning turned out, I can say the timing and from what I can see of the gown was pretty good. I had lots of intricate detail on the entire bodice and they did a nice job cleaning that part. Again, I can’t verify the skirt which is a big ball gown, but it looks pretty white. Sent my dress and they cleaned and preserved it so quickly! Came back to me looking gorgeous! So happy with the service!
I haven't open my box with dress to see how clean it was but liked the speed it got back to me .
Wedding dress and accessories are very clean and displayed well in the box. However the box itself was bent and crumpled when I received it.
