My dress came back perfect, beautiful and timeless. It was also quite speedy. I didn't expect to get it back as fast as what I did. Would recommend!

I waited 13 years to preserve my gown-not sure why. Although I can’t verify how nice the cleaning turned out, I can say the timing and from what I can see of the gown was pretty good. I had lots of intricate detail on the entire bodice and they did a nice job cleaning that part. Again, I can’t verify the skirt which is a big ball gown, but it looks pretty white. The only things I was disappointed with, 1) I can’t verify the hem and skirt were cleaned-they both were very soiled and 2) I would’ve liked to have all the details ... read more

Wedding dress and accessories are very clean and displayed well in the box. However the box itself was bent and crumpled when I received it.
