While my dress is clean, they first shipped it to the wrong address. When I finally got the dress and opened the box, it was a rumpled mess. Furthermore they removed the back panel on the dress. The dress was a corset lace-up and the back panel was CUT OUT of the dress. Really?! What gives you the right to CUT UP my dress?! I was planning on wearing this again (in two weeks actually) for my reception and now I have to have it steamed, pressed and sewed back together before I can. Horrible experience. After clearly marking my husbands name they printed the wrong name on the gown box. Gown is over all poorly displayed and tissues we're occluding the gown upon receipt. When contacting the company I was told that I would have to repay to have it edited and the rep said it was my mistake that I did not clearly spell the name but when looking at my copy I had clearly spelled out the name in capital letters to ensure that there were no mistakes. Boobs overstuffed - look huge. Not attractive at all.
I paid to have the flower girl dress preserved and it came without the sash around it. It was just laying in the box. Also my veil and other items I sent you were all crumpled in a mess in another box. I paid a lot to have all this done and I'm not happy at all with the extras I paid good money for. It looked like someone just threw everything in the box and shut it. Not very professional.
Box bent and damaged. Wedding necklace missing.
Even though my husband's first name was spelled room because you clearly spell Andrew without a D, it was nice. Pissed that they wouldn't take it back without me having to pay another $15 for personalization again. Spent enough to get the box and they couldn't help.
I never received the gown when they shipped it back to me. The cost of gown and alterations were over $1,800+.
There is a brown piece of something directly over the breast of the dress so it does not look great. I'm very disappointed especially since on the back of the box it says the dress has been inspected twice.
We received the gown and veil but there was a piece of something like an ash or lint inside against the clear cover. We were emailed a return label and it is being sent back tomorrow. This was actually our daughters gown and veil. She was a bit disappointed.
